General Mills recalled 4,080 cans of Old El Paso Traditional Variety Refried Beans in six states because of a possible bacterial contamination that could cause botulism, a form of food poisoning.

No illnesses have been reported,

States in the recall are Kansas, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky and Missouri. The recall does not include other flavors of Old El Paso refried beans.
