Colloquy reports that Marks & Spencer in the UK “has gone live with its new combined credit and loyalty card program” in the South Wales region, after a summer-long test period.

“Customers who live and shop in the region can now earn loyalty points on all purchases made with the new loyalty card, as well as new or existing M&S Chargecards,” Colloquy writes. “For every pound spent in M&S on either card, customers earn one point, while those using the credit card can also get one point for every two pounds spent outside of M&S.”

The company also has opened a financial services center designed to help consumers with their credit and loyalty marketing needs.
