- Kraft Foods Inc. named Terry M. Faulk as Senior Vice President, Human Resources. Faulk began his career with Kraft in 1967 and has held a wide variety of Human Resources positions in major lines of business in North America, Europe and Latin America. He was named Senior Vice President, Human Resources for Kraft Foods North America in 1994.
- David G. Owens was named Senior Vice President, Strategy, responsible for as Kraft’s leading the development of Kraft's worldwide business strategy including the analysis and execution of major merger and acquisition opportunities. He joined the company in 1997 as Vice President, Business Planning, for Kraft Foods International, and was named Senior Vice President, Strategy for Kraft Foods North America later that year.
- Kraft appointed Paul E. Carothers to be Vice President, Public Affairs. Carothers joined the company in 1993 as Vice President, Government Affairs for Kraft Foods North America, and was named Vice President, Corporate Affairs for Kraft Foods International in 1999.
