- The Kroger Co. has promoted Donna Giordano to the presidency of Quality Food Centers, which operates 86 stores in Oregon and Washington. She succeeds Darrell Webb, who was recently appointed president of Fred Meyer Stores in Portland, Oregon.
Giordano has been vice president of sales and marketing for King Soopers, based in Denver, since 1999.
