Marsh Supermarkets Inc. announced that its O'Malia Food Market division will acquire two Indianapolis-based Mr. D's Fresh Food Markets. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The two Mr. D's will operate under the O'Malia Food Markets division.
One Mr. D's Fresh Food Markets will continue to operate independently in Bloomington, Indiana.
Marsh, which operates more than 200 supermarkets and c-stores in Indiana and Ohio, also announced that it will shutter one of its LoBill Foods stores by the end of next month.
