Ananova.com reports that Wal-Mart’s Asda Group in the UK plans to pay out the equivalent of more than $20 million (US) in bonuses to full-time employees, with the average staffer receiving in the neighborhood of $375 apiece.
The bonuses are keyed to Asda’s 10 percent increase in sales achieved during the past year in a highly competitive environment.
