McDonald’s is adding several fresh fruit options to its menu in the UK, as the burger chain looks to expand its options and change its fast-food image.

Sliced apples and grapes will be sold in bags, with the company saying that each bag represents one serving of fruits/vegetables. The sliced fruit also can be substituted for fries in Happy Meals.

McDonald’s also will begin offering next month a fruit smoothie, called a Fruit Shoot.
