McDonald’s, which has been trying to reverse its sales slide by developing a healthier side to its menu, is testing all-white-meat Chicken McNuggets in the New York market.

This comes after the company announced it will launch a new premium salad line featuring Newman’s own salad dressings, started selling fresh fruit in its UK stores, and revived its Grilled Chicken Flatbread sandwich in the United States.

However, the company also has delayed its switch to a healthier frying oil, suggesting that it isn’t fully sold on the healthier direction. And company executives say they remain committed to the “basics.”
