Just FYI…
The other evening during a business meeting with our new Marketing Guy, Jim Roxbury, we whipped up some triple decker barbecued chicken quesadillas. (We have good meetings at MNB!) We had with it something we’d never enjoyed before -- a red wine from Mexico. Actually, from the Guadalupe Valley, on the Baja peninsula.
The La Cetto 1996 Cabernet Sauvignon Private Reserve wasn’t as deep as many cabernets, and actually seemed closer to a syrah in taste. But it was excellent, and went great with the quesadillas.
We just wanted to share…especially since so many of you have recommended wines to us.
