Nash Finch Company announced that the NASDAQ Listing Qualifications Panel has agreed to extend the deadlines for the filing of its periodic reports for the third quarter 2002, fiscal 2002, and first quarter 2003.
The report for 3Q 2002 is now due May 15, 2003; fiscal 2002 is due May 30; and 1Q 2003 is due June 9.
The delays have been caused by the company’s grappling with the demands of an investigation by the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)< which for the moment looks like it will not result in any charges against Nash Finch.
