Fleming Cos. named Rebecca Roof, a principal with the turnaround firm AlixPartners LLC, to be its interim CFO. Mike Scott, another member of the firm, becomes interim treasurer.
Mark Shapiro, who had been named CFO late last year, is no longer with the company, according to a Fleming spokesman.
The changes mean that the upper level executives who ran Fleming before it filed for bankruptcy protection because it lost a $54 billion supply agreement with Kmart have now all been replaced.
Only Ron Griffin, an executive vice president and chief information officer, remains.
