The Natural Marketing Institute (NMI) reports on a new study that shows that 69 percent of US consumers say that because of the state of the economy and current events, personal health and wellness is more important that it used to be, up from 60 percent of respondents who said so just six months ago.

Thirty-six percent of respondents said they are more stressed than they used to be, with a higher rate of stressed of people showing up in the northeast US (56 percent) than in the Pacific states (28 percent).
