• Drug store chain Walgreen Co. announced yesterday that it has completed its acquisition of the 76-unit Happy Harry’s dug chain, which has units in Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland and New Jersey. The majority of the stores will remain under the Happy Harry’s banner for at least the time being. Terms of the deal remain undisclosed.
