The Indianapolis Star reports that Kroger said yesterday that it plans to offer "online ordering at seven additional Indianapolis-area locations by the end of September ... customers can order groceries at and select a pickup time in a one-hour window at a specific location."

The story notes that Kroger began testing the service at one Indianapolis-area store in early August - following a successful test in Cincinnati - before deciding to expand it.
