KC got his second vaccine. He felt great. There was, however, some corollary damage - to his ego.

One of the points I made in the video above was that, after having received the second Moderna vaccine, I felt great.
That said, there are have been wide reports that some time after getting the second vaccine, many people come down with flu-like symptoms, which experts say is a good thing because it means the immune system is doing its job in learning how to recognize and fight the coronavirus.
Well, my immune system seems to be in working order. When I woke up early this morning for my usual routine of scanning newspapers and websites and then writing MNB, I found myself experiencing flu-like symptoms.
In a phrase, I feel like crap.
So I'm going to do something I've rarely done over all the years of doing MNB. I'm taking a sick day.
