For the first time in quite a while, I'm looking forward to being on the road and having the opportunity to spend time (taking all appropriate pandemic-related precautions, of course) with members of the MNB community - always one of my favorite things to do over the past two decades.
Here's a breakdown of where and when I'll be hanging out:
• Today, I'll be at the National Grocers Association (NGA) Show at the Paris in Las Vegas, and will be moderating a session entitled, "Retail Automation -- Optimizing the In-store Experience," scheduled for 8:30-9:30 am.
• Also on Monday, September 20 … I'll be venturing over to Groceryshop at the Mandalay Bay, where I will be hanging out at the VTex booth from 1:30-2:30 pm, hoping to meet MNB readers. And, I'll have complimentary copies of The BIG Picture: Essential Business Lessons from the Movies, which I'll be happy to sign of anybody is interested.
• And finally, on Tuesday, September 21, at The NGA Show, I will be facilitating the e-commerce education track that will take place starting at 1:15 pm, with speakers talking about issues that include auto-replenishment and micro-fulfillment centers.
I hope, if you are going to be attending any of these conferences, you'll come say hello. It has been way too long…
