•  The Providence Business Journal reports that United Natural Foods Inc. (UNFI) has "ousted" Christopher P. Testa, the company's president.  CEO J. Alexander Miller “Sandy” Douglas will now add the president's job to his portfolio.

The story notes that "the move follows a September cooperation agreement between UNFI and private equity firm JCP Investment Management LLC, along with the addition of three new independent board members. The refreshed board is tasked with reviewing UNFI's financial performance following several disappointing quarters … UNFI is currently implementing a turnaround plan that involves unifying and modernizing systems, enhancing digital offerings, automating and optimizing supply chain capabilities, and delivering profitable growth."
