• Target yesterday announced two executive retirements - John Mulligan, executive vice president and chief operating officer, who will retire in February 2024 but remain with the company as a strategic advisor until February 2025, and Laysha Ward, executive vice president and chief external engagement officer, who will now transition to a strategic advisor role through April 2024.
Target also announced that Matt Zabel, the company's EVP and general counsel, has been named EVP/chief corporate affairs officer.
And Kiera Fernandez, Target's chief diversity & inclusion officer and senior vice president of HR, has been promoted to the role of executive vice president and chief community impact and equity officer.
