•  The Hollywood Reporter has a piece about how Walmart has recruited five actors from the 2004 comedy "Mean Girls" - Lindsay Lohan, Amanda Seyfried, Lacey Chabert, Daniel Franzese and Rajiv Surendra - for a new series of commercials promoting its Black Friday sales.  The location is the same as the film's - North Shore High School - but the characters are all grown up.

“Some things never change. On Wednesdays we still wear pink, but now we shop Walmart Black Friday deals,” Lohan says in a voiceover.

The first in the series - with Cady Heron (Lohan) as the school guidance counselor, Karen Smith (Seyfried) as a weather reporter and Gretchen Wieners (Chabert) as the mom of one of the new popular girls in the school - is below.

According to the story, "Walmart will be releasing a new commercial featuring the cast every Wednesday leading up to Black Friday and on Cyber Monday, Nov. 27."

One can hope that at some point Tina Fey shows up.  That'd be totally fetch.
